Are these physical products?

No. All products sold by Zizi's Digitals are digital downloads only. No physical items will be printed, packaged, or shipped. You will receive downloadable files immediately after purchase.

How do I receive my files after purchasing?

Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a download link via email and/or through the platform checkout page. Files are available instantly — no waiting required.

What file formats are included?

Most products include high-resolution PDF files (ready to print as-is) and/or transparent PNG files (for use in design software). Each product listing specifies which formats are included.

What resolution are the files?

All files are 300 DPI (dots per inch), which is the professional standard for high-quality print results. This ensures sharp, clear printing on home printers and professional print services.

Can I print these at home?

Yes. All files are formatted and sized for home printing. We recommend printing on cardstock or high-quality paper for the best results.

Can I send files to a professional print shop?

Absolutely. The 300 DPI resolution is suitable for professional print services such as FedEx Office, Staples, Walgreens, CVS, or local print shops.

How many times can I print the files?

Personal use purchases allow unlimited personal printing — print as many copies as you need for your own event. Files may not be resold or distributed to others.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once files have been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your files, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

What if my files don't open or are corrupted?

Please reach out through our Contact page. We will promptly assist with any file delivery or technical issues.

Can I request a custom design?

Custom orders are not currently available through the shop. Please check back for updates or contact us to inquire about future availability.

Can I use these files for commercial purposes?

Commercial use licenses are available for clipart and graphic bundles. Event collection products (party printables) are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased separately.

What does 'commercial use' mean?

A commercial use license allows you to use the files in products or services you sell — such as designs for clients, printed goods for resale, or digital products. You may not resell the raw digital files themselves.

Can I share the files with someone else?

No. Sharing, redistributing, or gifting digital files to others is not permitted under any license. Each purchase is for one buyer only.
